Large, good sized rooms with blow dryers and a recliner, for example, marvellous setting.

Everything was great, including staff and rooms, its strong wi-fi. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was newly remodelled and huge. The location was beautiful, for example, Lead Deadwood Arts Center was within walking distance of the hotel.

this is surely the best hip new hotel, outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly staff, neat rooms. the continental breakfast with toast and hot dishes, for instance is the highlight. the location is stunning and marvellous, to the black hills.

The room was spacious and clean, accommodating my work needs well. I particularly appreciated the outdoor hot tubs with a relaxing escape after a long day. The breakfast offered a good variety, including freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries.

Overall experience was great. The room was super spacious and clean. Loved the big comfy beds and there was good hot water pressure in the shower. Other guests were friendly too and the staff were really helpful with whatever we needed. Breakfast was actually pretty decent, eggs and stuff were tasty!

The tv in our first room didn't work and took a while to get to our new room. Some areas could use an update because they feel a bit old.

The room was spacious and had great mountain views. The toiletries offered were above average for a hotel, especially the lotion. The breakfast spread was well-received by my family, particularly the variety of options available.

The Standard Queen Room with 2 Queen Beds was pretty comfy. The beds felt nice, and I liked the little extras like lotion and makeup wipes. Breakfast was a highlight for my daughter, and the hot tea was a nice touch for me. Location was super convenient for getting around. No major complaints-just a chill stay.

But those pillows were smaller than my hope for breakfast variety-let's just say they need some serious puffing up!

Upon arrival, the cleanliness was disappointing. Sheets were dirty, and we found a toenail fragment on one. The toilet in our first room leaked, necessitating a room change, but the overall maintenance left much to be desired. Allergies flared up likely due to insufficient vacuuming. The staff was responsive, but the discomfort overshadowed any positives.
